Day 212 – Ladybug Card

I received this beautiful handmade card from my friend Sheri as a thank you.  You are very welcome….and I love this card!  I’m off to Monterey for the weekend….will post pictures of Thomas the Train on Sunday evening.  My SIL and DIL and grandson invited me to go with them.  Can’t wait!

Day 211 – Yummy Chicken Salad

A very long time ago….I went to a luncheon with a bunch of women and they served chicken salad in a cantaloupe ring….and it was delicious!  Tony and I fixed chicken salad for lunch today and it was even better!  We had white chicken meat, apples, raisins, walnuts, red onion, celery salt, fresh ground pepper, a little bit of pickle relish, a little garlic salt, and mayonnaise to make it more moist and cohesive.  Yum, yum!

Day 210 – Two Socks The Scrounger!

My cat Two Socks sometimes thinks he’s human.  Today I fixed a rice and garlic shrimp dish for lunch for Tony and I and when I was cleaning up…..I spilled some rice on the floor.  Two Socks ran over and started eating it!  Silly cat!

Day 209 – Itsy-Bitsy Spider Remix

We were in the car the other day and Preston wanted his daddy to sing the Itsy-Bitsy Spider song.  Johnny made it into a RAP song!

Day 208 – Preston on a 4-Wheeler

Preston had fun at the ranch on Saturday….here he is riding on the little electric 4-wheeler.  He cracked us up!

Day 207 – Happy Birthday Sheri!

Today is my best friend Sheri’s birthday!  Happy Birthday Sheri!  Hope you are enjoying your Cricut…Love you!!!

Day 206 – Preston and Uncle Philip

Big Philip took Preston on the tractor at his ranch.  Preston was alright when we first put him up there, but got a little scared after the tractor took off. 

Day 205 – Preston and Friends

Today we went out to the ranch in Selma on my SIL and BIL.  My grandson had a fun day playing with the other little people there.  Jaden is on the left, Preston in the center and Ana is on the right.  Ana has caught 2 frogs and she has them in her bucket.  Preston got to ride on a tractor with his uncle too!

Day 204 – Tony Washed My Car

My car was FILTHY!!!! The wheels were BLACK!  His power washer blew a fuel hose some time back and he just replaced it.  (Like we couldn’t wash it by hand!)  Anyway….Thanks Tony!  You’re the (handy) man!  I think I’ll keep you a little while longer!!!!  ;o)

Day 203 – Dell Mini10

I ordered a Dell Mini 10 in lime green today for when we travel out of town. We always want access to the Internet and thought this would be a lighter thing to carry than our regular size laptops!  Can’t wait to get it and start playing!

Day 202 – Wise Up

Tony and I went to lunch today…to Famous Dave’s BBQ.  Thought I’d take a picture of his new shirt from Bill O’Reilly’s store…..WISE UP!  Had to put Tony’s beer in there, just for fun!

Day 201 – Wonderful Review

I received my feedback from Carina Gardner today and I am SO excited with it.  She was so complimentary….she had a few things I could look at to improve, like the balance of my polka-dotted paper, and perhaps making my pattern on my patterned paper a little smaller.  But overall….she was VERY pleased!  YAY!!!  So I made a new embellishment for my kit…..here it is. 

Day 200 – I Passed!

I almost forgot, I studied all weekend by re-reading all 5 weeks of my Art of Digital Design class notes and re-watched all the videos….what a marathon!  At about 12:44 this morning, I started my test and 48 minutes later, I completed and passed my 50 question test with a 90%.  I only missed 5 questions.  Yay for me!  Just waiting for my kit review by Carina Gardner….she has it and hopefully early this week she’ll have her review of it.  After that….I am a JessicaSprague.com “Certified Digital Designer”!!!  I’m so excited!

Day 200 – Sausage Humor

I can’t help it, I am fascinated by this!!!  I just had to do a VOICE OVER!!! lol  Not a very good one, but it made me chuckle today!

Day 199 – Bob
